
Claim to telecomm companies
For any type of problem that comes our way in the use of a telecommunications service, be it either fixed or mobile telephony, Internet, etc. the first thing we can do is complain to the business offices of the operator, always before a month has elapsed since the cause or event giving rise to the claim has taken place.
The operator of the company has a month to answer and if they do not answer or simply dismiss the claim, we can raise our complaint with the «Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Services», ascribed to the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.
The law applicable is Article 61 of Royal Decree 1736/1998 of 31 July approving the regulation Act of universal service in telecommunications and other service obligations
