Claim to Banks
When we have to make a claim before a bank, the first thing we can do is to file a claim before the Bank Customer Advocate, who will have a 2 month deadline to make a decision, which will be binding on the bank but not on the consumer.
If we had not received a satisfactory reply, we can then turn to the «Commissioner for the Defence of customers of financial services» that regulated by the Bank of Spain must give us an answer within two months.
If you prefer it you can file directly the claim before the Bank of Spain, as long as it has passed previously by the Bank Customers Advocate.
